Thank you for shopping with The Hockey Mom Shop. Since our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in specific cases outlined below.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost. To qualify:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide a clear photo of the issue along with your order number.
- We will review the request and respond with next steps.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit and tracking does not show it as delivered, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Cancellations & Changes
Once an order is placed, it is sent into production immediately and cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
